PEOPLETEC RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE "BEST PLACES TO WORK" IN HUNTSVILLE/MADISON COUNTY FOR 2013
PeopleTec, Inc. has once again been recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work" in Huntsville/Madison County for 2013. The announcement was made at the 6th Annual Best Places to Work Luncheon, hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM) on Wednesday, May 15, 2012 at the Von Braun Center. Over 200 companies were nominated and more than 80 qualified for the annual award, which is based on employee-completed surveys. PeopleTec was one of 12 companies awarded the designation this year and one of three winners in the medium size category (71-200 employees).

Susie was one of the 12 winners chosen from a field of over 4,000 local employees and were nominated by their fellow employees for "going the extra mile" to have a strong, positive impact on the company. Chris Hemphill was also recognized as a contender for MVE for the third year.

PEOPLETEC NOMINATED FOR 2013 EMPLOYER SUPPORT FREEDOM AWARD
PeopleTec is pleased to announce that we have been nominated for the 2013 Employer Support Freedom Award. This prestigious award is the highest recognition given by the Department of Defense to employers supporting the National Guard and Reserves and each company must be nominated by a National Guard or Reserves Member. We were one out of eight Huntsville, AL companies nominated this year.

PEOPLETEC WELCOMES NEW EMPLOYEE - LARRY BECKER
PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to welcome Mr. Larry Becker to our staff. Mr. Becker joined PeopleTec in February 2012 as Director of Corporate Development providing senior-level business development for the company. With 27 years as an active duty Army officer in material acquisition and project management, Larry is a retired Colonel and former Chief of Staff at the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC). Larry brings over 20 years of experience as a senior aerospace engineer and manager in missile defense and technology management. He served as Chief Engineer while at DESE Research and comes to PeopleTec from SPARTA Inc., where he served as Deputy Operations Manager for Defense Programs. Larry is a certified Professional Logistician from the Society of Logistics Engineers; he received his B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University and holds an M.S. in Logistics Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

PEOPLETEC IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE INAUGURAL WINNER OF THE 2012 PEOPLETEC EXCELLENCE ALWAYS AWARD - MR. ANDY HURT
As the first recipient of this award, Andy daily exemplifies PeopleTec's commitment to technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Andy joined PeopleTec in 2008 and works in Brad Blume's group supporting MDA Engineering on the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Multiservice System Engineering Team. In this role, Andy has repeatedly demonstrated technical excellence in support of his Government customers and is a key member of the MDA Capabilities and Limitations Assessment Team. He consistently demonstrates innovation in the workplace, for example playing an instrumental role in developing an effective algorithm to correlate ballistic missile target data from multiple sources. Andy has authored or co-authored many key MDA documents and point papers, and was selected to lead multiple MDA and Joint Services technical working groups. Andy has received repeated accolades from several MDA senior managers and does an excellent job of representing PeopleTec and the company's dedication to "People First. Technology Always." Andy is a dedicated, long time PeopleTec employee who has consistently demonstrated loyalty and performance excellence.

PEOPLETEC WELCOMES NEW EMPLOYEE - ALAN KAUFMANN
PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to welcome Mr. Alan Kaufmann to our staff. Mr. Kaufmann joined PeopleTec in December 2012 as a Senior Contracts Administrator providing multiple levels of Contracts support throughout the company. Mr. Kaufmann has over 25 years' experience managing prime federal government contracts for services and OEM product solutions. Prior to joining PeopleTec, he served as the Business Unit Contracts Manager at Engility Corporation, a division of L-3 Services, Inc. Mr. Kaufmann received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University of Alabama in Huntsville and his Master's Degree in Contracts and Acquisition Management from Southeastern Institute of Technology in Huntsville, AL.

PEOPLETEC, INC. ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF MR. RON SILL TO DIRECTOR
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Ron Sill to Director. Mr. Sill joined PeopleTec in September of 2011 and currently leads the company's team of engineers and integrators to develop Command & Control (C2) systems at the PeopleTec Prototyping and Integration Facility in support of Army, Air Force and Navy customers. He is a retired USAF Master Sergeant with 23 years of service and has an extensive background in USAF Radar and C2 Systems, USAF Unmanned Aerial Systems and US Army Missiles. Prior to joining PeopleTec, Mr. Sill served as Lead Systems Engineer for the Space and Missile Defense Command Future Warfare Center for the Joint Area Defense Operations Center (JADOC) and Joint Based Expeditionary Connectivity Center (JBECC II). He continues to serve as the primary system architect, developer and systems engineer for the Battle Space Command and Control Center (BC3). In addition, Mr. Sill served as a Director at both Brown International Corporation and Raytheon Solipsys. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York.

DUNK-A-PALOOZA EVENT TO BENEFIT THE MELISSA GEORGE NEONATAL MEMORIAL FUND RAISED OVER $1200
PeopleTec held its first ever Dunk-A-Palooza event at our annual tailgate party Friday, September 7th, 2012 to benefit the Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund. Employees, customers, family and friends all had a chance to purchase tickets to try their hand at "dunking" one of the PeopleTec executive team, including our CEO, President, CFO and numerous vice presidents. A special thanks to Mr. Chris George, co-founder of the Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund for joining us at the event and being the first to throw and dunk PeopleTec President, Mr. Doug Scalf. The event was a huge success and helped to raise over $1,200, bringing our grand total thus far to $3,487 towards our goal of raising $6,000 to make a big splash for tiny babies in the Huntsville/Madison county area!!

PEOPLETEC CO-ED CORPORATE RUNNING TEAM PLACES FOURTH
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. would like to congratulate employees Casey Carter, Jason Cuneo, Morgan Evans, Nikki Kincaid and Stefanie Smith for placing fourth in the 32nd Mercedes-Benz Cotton Row Memorial Day 10K run for co-ed corporate teams. The PeopleTec team had an average time of 53:31.
The Cotton Row Run and the Huntsville Memorial Day Celebration near Big Spring Park helps to bring awareness to the Huntsville Police Fallen Officers Memorial Fund and all of the men and women that serve and have served in the United Sates Armed Forces. The Cotton Row Run, conducted by the Huntsville Track Club, has been the premiere Memorial Day running event in the South for over 30 years.

PEOPLETEC, INC. ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF MS. ANNA CATHERINE COWLEY TO DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - PeopleTec, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Anna Catherine Cowley to Director of Finance. With over eleven years of financial experience, Ms. Cowley joined PeopleTec in July of 2006 and provides accounting and finance support for both the commercial and government contracting sectors in her role as Accounting Manager for the company. In addition to managing the Accounting Department, Ms. Cowley has been instrumental in providing critical support to the CFO and the other functional units within PeopleTec. Prior to joining PeopleTec, Ms. Cowley served as a Public Accountant at White Fleming & Co., P.C. She received her CPA in 2006 and is an active volunteer supporting a number of community organizations.
Ms. Cowley earned a B.S. in Business Administration and her M.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
